11:30 AM – Inspection
11:45 AM – Tailgate (Color Guard) – Parents, sign up to volunteer:
12:25 PM – Load buses
12:30 PM – Depart for Hall Stadium
1:00 PM – Arrive/check in/unload/restroom break
1:45 PM – Official warm up begins – WU Area #2
2:15 PM – Pit travel to staging area
2:30 PM – Band travel to staging area
2:40 PM – Staging area
2:45 PM – Performance
3:00 PM – Return to buses/load equipment; wait outside of buses for results
3:20 PM – Load buses
3:40 PM – Arrive at DHS and unload
