Competition Day Schedule:
9:00 AM – Uniform handout9:30 AM – Playing & visual warmup
10:30 AM – Set up for inspection
10:45AM – Inspection
10:45 AM – Tailgate – Parents, sign up to volunteer here
11:15 AM – Parents gather for Viking sendoff! Bring posters, noisemakers, pom poms, etc.!
11:40 AM – Load buses
11:45 AM – Depart for Challenger/Columbia stadium
12:30 PM – Arrive/check in/unload/restroom break
1:10 PM – Line up and begin to move to warmup
1:25 PM – Warm Up
2:00 PM – Get water and line up (Parents, volunteer to pass out waters here
2:00 PM – Leave warmup area
2:25PM – Enter field
2:30PM – Performance
2:45 PM – Return to buses/load equipment; change & decompress
3:45 PM – Move to stadium as a group and await results
6:00 PM – Drum Majors dressed for retreat
6:15 PM – Finalist announcement
6:30 PM – Return to buses and eat dinner
If we advance to finals, a schedule will be announced ASAP. If we do not advance, we will load buses and come home.
