As our band program continues to grow, we need your help to keep things running smoothly.
With students and their families transitioning out, we have several opportunities for you to get
involved:
Uniform Room
We need dedicated volunteers to assist with our band uniforms.
Responsibilities include:
Helping with uniform fittings
Maintaining and organizing uniforms
Performing light sewing tasks and adjusting hems
If you’re organized and enjoy working with clothing and our students this role might be perfect
for you!
Sponsorships
We are also in search of a co-chair to assist with Sponsorships. This role involves reaching out
to potential sponsors and maintaining relationships with existing ones. We have a sponsorship
packet prepared and a number of businesses we already partner with. The co-chair will help us
build on these connections and seek out new sponsorship opportunities.
Pizza Sales – Fridays
On select Fridays, we’ll be selling pizzas during lunch and need a team of
at least 6 volunteers to make it happen. Responsibilities include:
*Coordinating the purchase and pickup of pizzas
*Managing payments from students
